No muhafazah or university representative will be appointed for registration. Students throughout Egypt will contact two representatives ONLY, one for ikhwah and one for akhawat respectively, so make sure your Internet is working and your handphone have some credit during the registration period.
The quota for each muhafazah will be decided upon demands. Till this notice, there is no specific quota for each muhafazah, but certainly, Cairo will have a great portion of participant.
